Holy crap its cold. Maybe five degrees before you figure in the windchill, probably even less than that. I was standing in the doorway waiting for my cairn terrier, Rufis, to come back in, and i could see the glimmer of the hot air from the woodstove colliding with the cold air outside.
This morning Stinky woke me up around 5 am by plopping one of the little rubber snakes I got him for christmas onto my neck. He had bitten its head off, and I guess wanted to show it to me. That, or he is a total sadist who revels in depriving me of sleep.
