Yeah, so as expected, Betty Bruiser failed to pass inspection. Her front tire is seperated, then they're all worn, the steering box is leaking, there is a jagged, rusty hole in the back, and the rear gas strap is broken. Without body work, I am looking at $500 worst case scenario, then probably another $200+ in body work. In other words, Betty is dead. A pitty, she was sweet little truck.
