Ok so my Job is really pissing me off. We are slow and now i am on layoff. fine by me i applied for my unemployment insurance or whatever ill be ok through the winter. Now one of the stipulations with my job is work goes in order of seniority and im new so i am at the bottom of the list. Now when work is available they call me and i can come in if they get in touch with me. I used to work 1st shift 7am-3pm then they switched me to 3pm-11pm on monday ok fine then tuesday they called me @ 5pm and said we need you at 11pm-7am yea i missed that call and no i dont see that happening. wednesday same deal basically called me @ 3pm i was out asking for me to come in @ 11pm now i dont like 3rd shift so i am inclined to decline any work offers on said shift. however i do want to keep my job so today i get a call at 9am they leave a message asking for me to come in 3pm-11pm so i call back at about 11 30 when i get back home to say yea i will be tehre and she says ok see you at 11pm. I was like shit. then she gives me an attitude about not coming in last night. and i was like hey listen i didnt talk to you last night and i did not get home until after 12am. and she was like dont you havea cellphone i can get in touch with you with. and i said you are callling my cell however when i am across the river at my cousins there is no cell service so i have no idea you call until i return home. but its like fuck if you want me tehre everyday put me on theschedule do not expect me to go from workin morning to night to afternoons night then mornings and back and forth everyday that shit isnt healthy and i will not subject myself to it. not for what this job is anyways. Damn joining the Military seems better and better everyday....
