I've got too much to do and I don't even have a full-time job. I've got to study for the GRE, finish applying to grad school, do some album reviews that I'm already a couple days late on, start exercising again, and lastly FIND a full-time job.

There's also the little thing of me REALLY wanting to delete my ex from my facebook friends. A friend of mine said not to do it because it would just let her know that I give a shit, but I'm just not sure I care. I am just so sick of seeing her face on there! Whatever, for the most part I'm fine, but I just don't need to see her every time I log on there.

So lately I've been thinking about what my dream girl would be like and I was surprisingly drawing a blank. Aesthetically, the first thing that came to mind was sort of a Zooey Deschanel kind of look, but that whole thing may've been soured by the fact my ex kind of reminds me of her (except unlike my ex, Zooey actually exercises!) So I guess someone who works out at least as much as I do (which isn't very much at all) would be nice and would encourage me to do it more. And certainly someone who eats better than I do, since all I eat is crap, really. And although I'm a sucker for black hair and pale skin, there's this redhead in my GRE class that sits right in front of me whose hair looks good enough to eat! I am such a sucker for girls with thick, shiny red hair I don't know what it is. Actually, that's not true, I do. I blame Anne Margrock from the Flintstones and Laura S. from my high school creative writing class. Both were supremely hot.

Someone smarter than me would be nice, too. The ex was kind of stupid, or at least ridiculously naive. She wouldn't necessarily have to love the same things that I love (kung-fu movies, comic books, and the like), but love the fact that I love them. Does that make sense? I mean, I would hope she would find my taste charming or endearing or something like that, ya know? And every time I come up with a love interest for a story I'm writing she always has this sarcastic, yet innocently mischievous sense of humor about her, so I guess I like that in a girl.

Huh, it looks like I've given this more thought than I thought.

haha. sounds like you have, and your dream girl, sounds great. sounds like in all honesty, that it doesn't matter what she looks like, as long as you find her attractive and her personality compliments yours.

and btw. deleting her from your facebook does not mean that you give a shit, it means that you're trying to move on and having her on there doesn't help. so delete her. not like you talk to her right? i mean, it's pretty much the same concept as cleaning out friends that you don't talk to or who aren't really friends.
