So, it looks incredibly likely I'll be moving to the west coast sometime this fall. I'm debating between either LA or the Bay Area (leaning more towards the latter than the former). I'm equal parts excited and terrified (okay, more the latter than the former on that one, too). I know a few people and have contacts in both cities, but I've never lived more than a few hours from my family in my entire life (and that includes college), but anyone who knows me or has ever read any of my blogs, knows I've been thinking about this for a good long time. So if anyone knows of any job leads (I'm currently a freelance rock writer who has also turned in his second film review in as many years, have worked several editorial gigs, and also have plenty of just plain office experience on top of that) or apartment leads (as far as being a roommate is concerned, I'm pretty neat, yet not overly so, and am incredibly "normal," I guess) I would forever be in your debt.

That sounds exciting. If I get the new job that I mentioned in my blog, I may be transferred in a year to Austin or somewhere in Georgia. I'm holding out for Austin though.
