The sky is not falling. All may, in fact be well. No word from Cat, but screw it, there's more to life than women who treat you terribly. Ducked out of work today. Decided to hang out with my mom and go for a hike...way better than work...My mom treats me well. Hike was kinda lame though...at this point I need a hiking partner who will climb to some crazy summit with me...not just a nice alpine meadow...in any event, my mom had an awesome time, and therefore it was well worth while. In other news, Kyrsten's bf is a complete dick. It actually breaks my heart to see someone so wonderful (despite the fact that I actually, and perhaps surprisingly don't have feelings for her) have her heart broken repeatedly.
