And so we enter day 2 of e-mail withdrawl. I have to admit that I miss the constant semi-conversation with C. all day. It certainly made the days go by more quickly (if not somewhat less productively). Ah well, the girls in my office have decided to do what they can to help, and I get random e-mails from them throughout the day now to wein me off the e-train.
So I'm gonna ask C. to go to a wedding with me. I might wait until after our May-long camping trip though. For some reason, I feel like I should be heading into that particular weekend expecting a heartbreak, or at least disappointment.
My house is currently under destruction. I think a blind retarded monkey could lay hardwood faster than the fellows we've hired. Two days in, and they've completed about 1/5 of the area they were hired to. It sucks because the only half-way habitable room left has become my bedroom, so essentially I now share a 1-bedroom apartment with 2 other people. And so I've taken to working long hours.
My old man hired a familiar face to work with. He hired the girl who admitted her undying love for me several times over the last few years. She means well, but *ugh* *shudder* she's borderline psychotic, and ends up annoying the hell out of me. And now that she's carpooling with the old man, I get to wake up to her every morning...
On a VERY related note, I'm now sleeping in every day.
I'm sure there's more to say, but my mind's kinda "blah" right now, and I can't think of much..realistically I bet I could type plenty more about C (ah screw it, discretion went out the window when I bought her flowers), Catherine, but I don't think that would accomplish anything aside from cutting into my sleeping time. Besides, who would want to read it (aside from my loyal audience of one...I like the tattoos Rexa).
