Mom had big news for me today. She's moving in with her boyfriend so my ancentral (row)home is available to me if I want it. So come September I'm moving back home. All I have to pay is utilities and property tax. Will save me about $400 a month. Not too shabby, Will have to pay for trains into the city everyday... ok, so maybe I save $300. But think of all the reading I'll get done. I can have a garden which is key. The woods are a couple blocks a way.
