I saw Jet Li's Fearless earlier this week. I teared up at the end, but didn't cry. I really liked the movie and it's message.

The only time I cried at a movie was in Anna and the King with Jodie Foster. Bai Ling's character was forced to become another of the King's wives. She had to leave the love of her life. He decided to join a monastery because she had to leave him. She sneaks away, shaves her head to see him. They get caught. Their punishment was to be beheaded. The interesting thing was they were so happy becuase they would be together in death. She was so happy, she had a big smile on her face before getting decapitated.

I was on a plane to Seoul when I saw that- I couldn't cry very much because they were too many people around lol, but I did cry a little.

What was the last movie that made you get all choked up?? biggrin

oh. my. god. I balled my eyes out at that scene. I remember I couldn't stop crying. I agree that the Notebook was also a big tear jerker for me. I think I cried for two days straight. Another movie I remember crying endlessly over when I was a kid was Swing Kids, when one of the guys starts yelling out "Swing Heil! Swing Heil!" as he's being taken away.
