The doctor who is going to do my LASIK called this afternoon. He wanted to make sure that I was aware that once I have LASIK (on Wednesday) that I was informed that I will not be able to join the police department, FBI or CIA in the near future as they do not accept applications from people who have had LASIK. Which is stupid. Would you rather have someone with "fixed" eyes or someone whose glasses or contacts might fall off?

One day I will get the LASIK. My vision is so bad it causes doctors to exclaim "Holy Shit!" out loud when they see the prescription.
