My sister, 15, who is coming to stay with me next week (yea!) took this picture of me on my camera phone when I was there for Christmas, before I changed my hair. I kind of miss the blonde parts! But it had been the same for *too* long. Perhaps I will go back right before I start law school...just to shake things up a bit.
They are her sunglasses, but I think that I need to get me-self a pair!
Because...
I'm getting LASIK in two weeks!!! I will no longer be switching back and forth (although my glasses are way cool cateye vintage frames) and I generally wear contacts anyway, but I work too much (day job and then DJing and whatnot at night) and my eyes are constantly dry and then the drops my make liquid eyeliner run...so the only possible thing to do was to get Lasik, right? :o) I'm so excited! I just think that it makes the most sense with law school coming up and all that. It will save time and ultimately save money (no more contacts, solution, etc.) and I'll be able to SEE when I wake up in the middle of the night! I'm blind as a bat at the moment...

I'm still hanging back on the lasik my eyesite is bad bad, I'm not sure how much they could do.
Then I can ask for it for my birthday or something.
