Today marks 10 years since my first set as a model appeared on the front page of SuicideGirls.com on March 18, 2006.

I, like so many of my sister SGs, have "grown up" during our time on SG. In the decade since I became a SG I have attended and graduated from law school, gotten married, practiced law and had a child. Though all of those amazing life experiences I have treasured being a part of the SG community. In many ways, SG has be a supportive and open platform for me to embrace and to empower my sexuality.

As I started to draft this note I realized how deeply SG has impacted my lift, both "online" and IRL. I have made and cultivated some of my dearest friendships during my years of involvement with SG. My dearies @daria @clio @Bettina @glitz @circa @vayda @bunny @bittersweet @delancey @fabrizia @eden @lux @machete @boom there are too many to list... Even many years after some of these ladies have archived our friendships have thrived. We have support one another through relationships, marriages, births of children, tragedies, graduations, accomplishments, heartbreaks and (thankfully) many, many laughs together over the years. My life is richer and more vibrant because of all of you.

I have also had the great, great pleasure and privilege of collaborating with so many amazing SGs while shooting sets over the last decade including @rambo @sash @tristyn @brewin @july @lua @spliff @mars @sylah @pulp @raie...so many gorgeous, vivacious and TALENTED ladies... I miss the sexiness of modeling for SG but I love being a "mama bear" for so many of you - the newest generation of SGs!

As a staff photographer I have had so many great opportunities to travel and being a part of this community has provided me with an abundance of learning experiences to develop my photography skills both during shoots and from learning from all of the other talented staff photographers who shoot for SG @albertine @sunshine @tmronin @milloux @dwam @sawa @cherry @puffin @p_mod again there are too many to list. My fellow staff photographers are consistently a source of inspiration to me to try new approaches and to shoot better and better. I always aspire to improve and make each set I shoot better and better!

Thank you so much to @missy and @season for inviting me to be a staff photographer so many years ago and for continuing to have me as a staff photographer. In my experience @missy and @season have always strived to make SG a vibrant and positive community and they continue to explore new and innovative ways to build this community.

And a special thank you to SG staff members @lyxzen and @kiley for their amazing assistance with everything.

I can't wait to meet more amazing ladies and to see what great adventures we all have from SuicideGirls.com in the coming years.
