My friend Chris just gave me a new book, "To my white mother, from your black son" or something equally as politically correct and stale. Memoirs from people who aren't interesting should be illegal. Its like pretending to be interested in looking at photo albums full of someone elses family.

Anyone heard about hip hop week here on sg? I'm feeling mixed emotions. Doesnt feel like a theme to me...I mean can you have punk rock week, or goth week? I guess everything is a stereotype these days so I can't bitch but I can't help but give in to the inner cynic. I hope its done right...
