I've been feeling very creative recently, which is good. I go through spells where I don't produce anything for months, then all of a sudden I start writing again, composing music, and cooking. I've been in a really foul mood lately due to my lay off and my 'woman trouble' but I think I'm maintaining.

Against my better judgement, I invested in some studio headphones so I can get more serious about my music. I don't plan to quit my day job or anything, but I think I have 1 CD worth of material. My style would be defined as 'progressive house' I guess...with classical and industrial influence. None of it is ready to unleash upon the world yet, but I think some will like it. As an artist, it has never been about fortune and glory...I just want to be able to reach out and touch people. It sounds cheesy but it's true...

I suppose I should concentrate on my project. I have to travel to Montreal in a couple of weeks to host a workshop and give a presentation. For some reason, people actually respect what I have to say.
