Haven't been posting much lately...though I never really have been much of a blogger. I tend to blog to my friends via email. It's not that I don't trust you all with my inner-most thoughts, dreams, and secrets...I just don't know you. ;-)
Things have been going well, I guess. I lined up some work as a consultant, which sort of gets me back into the workforce, but I would feel more comfortable with a REAL job.
I read a statistic that the sales of potted meat products goes up by 40% during times of recession. I laugh because it just so happens than I have 10 cans of tuna and 4 cans of SPAM in my cupboard. I consider myself a good cook, but fresh foods are too expensive for my budget. I didn't realize how much I missed the simple things I grew up on like...Hamburger Helper, SPAM, pork & beans, etc. It's terrible for me, I'm sure, but it kind of takes me back.
