It's been a damn long tie since I've updated. I kept meaning to, but just never found the words. I kept reading my last post and was like "That makes me sound pathetic...I should change it!" but obviously it wasn't that important to me. So now I'm doing laundry...thinking about random things. I took a brisk walk to work tonight...smoked a lil cigar on the way there. Just enough to appreciate the flavor. I spent all today at a trade show. I enjoy them, but it get so tiring going through the same script 10 times per day. I'm o the wagon too...not because I'm an alcoholic (I swear!) but it's just a personal challenge. So the last thing I want to do is hang out around a bunch of "social drunks." My houseguest isn't home and I'm enjoying the silence. He has a new girlfriend now, so I'm hoping he has more sleepovers at her place. I enjoy the company, but I also enjoy the dead silence of an empty house. I've seen a ton of movies lately, but very few good ones. Anyone who hasn't seen "Children of Men" should do so...it's amazing. Otherwise, "Gone Baby Gone" was okay...though it's one of those movies you can really only watch once...once you know the twist. On a whim, I bought a brand spankin' new iMac. I dunno why I bought it...I just always wanted one and figured it was time to take action. SO now I have my "gaming rig" and my "work laptop"...this is my "everything else fun" computer. I keep telling myself I'm gonna make some rad website, but I too fuckin lazy. Maybe it's not lazy...just not motivated or inspired. That's all for now. Huge day tomorrow!
