I've been slacking BIGtime on the blogs. It's just that I stare at a monitor so much at work, the last thing I want to do is stare at one at home too. I've been travelling a lot, which is bittersweet. On one hand, I'm going to all these awesome places, but on the other hand, I have no time for "fun" and it only reminds me how much I need a real vacation. A guy I know in Budapest offered me his "extra flat" next time I go, so I may take him up on it. I was in Oxford last week as well...very cool town. The best thing was seeing the Krispy Kreme right next to a 800 year old building...

Social life is okay. I'm living in yuppie-central, so I don't spend much time outdoors. I'm a 10 minute walk from the beach, so I've been spending a lot of time there...but in San Francisco, it's usually cold and windy. I'm "on the wagon" so that also limits my tolerance for the Marina. I'd rather live in a place more central and with people I can chill with, but this place is close to work.

The girl I've been "hanging out with" is a bit flighty...we get along and all really well, but I get the sense she wants to be wild & crazy for another few years. I don't expect otherwise honestly...she's young and has her whole life in front of her. What's she gonna do with an old pervert like me?!
