Other than being sick and sleeping like crap all week, it's been fairly nice. The weather lately has been disgustingly hot...I guess if I could wear shorts and a t-shirt all day and hang at the beach, it would be gorgeous, but having to dress presentably and hang around indoors makes it suck. 
One thing to look forward to..."spare the air" days for SF Bay public transportation. Coincidently, I have a meeting right near a train station and getting there free kicks ass....of course I have to leave 30 mins early, but...
Work is going well...nothing too interesting to report. I'm really enjoying it, but the day to day probably wouldn't interest anyone outside my immediate social circle.
Looking for a vet for my cat..she's in heat again. She's breeder quality, but even the breeders "retire" the queens at 4 years old...past then, they can develop reproductive problems and even breast cancer. I don't want to be paranoid, but I also wanna make sure the kitty is doing well. Since I work somewhat long hours, I need a vet with a pick-up and delivery service. I'm sparing no expense!
I really need to start cooking again...but to do that, I need my stuff from the storage facility on the other side of the country. $3000 in cash just to bring it over here. I'll have $3000 "extra" cash at the end of the month, but ouch... It'll be worth it to have my stuff again, though...I guess. Living out of a suitcase is depressing...though I've replaced most of my necessities. Speaking of necessities, I need an espresso machine! Ack...did I say end of the month, I meant end of NEXT month.
