I have the worst fucking luck with public transportation...the other night, I had to work late, so it created a domino effect which resulted in me missing the last train of the evening. Tonight, I left a vapor trail right at the 8th hour, made the train, only to find out I missed the last bus tween the train station and my house...that's just what I wanna do after a full day of work...walk 3 fucking miles! Oh well, I needed the exercise.

Things are falling in line for me this week though, it seems. Little things like my direct deposit finally going through, so no more waiting in line at the bank...I got a reimbursement for some travel I did, so it's like money that fell outta the sky. I'm finally feeling back on track after my 15 months of idleness...now to start saving for that house. bleh...goddam average house around here is worth $1 Mill and it's just a house...like a regular old house...nothing special. When I was a kid, I thought living in a million dollar home would be like a castle. Well, maybe in Iowa or something, but not in South Bay!!

Bleh..it's after 10 already and it seems like I just got home...time to go to bed soon. I spose I am a workaholic, but I'm not as bad as some of the dudes in my department..they work 12 hour days for the hell of it...just cuz they don't wanna go home to their wives. What a charmed life I must lead in their eyes.
