I've finally started my workout plan. Or at least I think I have. Now I just have to stick to it for the next 6 months. By starting I mean that I went to the gym for the past 2 days. Hopefully it works out...honestly, no pun intended.
I'll lay out the regimen in another post.
On another note, I love the female body. I love the curve of a woman's breast.

What's up bro... here is what is working lately for me.. is only thinking about it 1 day at a time. Like how an NFL coach only lets his team think about Sunday's game. If I think 6 months out I will be in front of the TV eating pizza before long, but if i just focus on eating right today and making the decision today to go excercise for 30 minutes then it is a lot less pressure and easier to stick with - hope this helps!
