So I've been fairly lazy lately. More specifically, I haven't worked out or done any strenuous physical activity for the past week. For some reason I just haven't been motivated to go...well, that's not all that true. I have motivation but didn't want to do anything with it. I think that I'll either start going back to the gym today after work (which probably won't happen) or I'll start this weekend.
Now for the motivation. The seed that I've semi-planted in my head (watering it with alcohol probably doesn't help any) is to prepare myself / get in shape to do a 6-day mountaineering course next spring/summer in Alaska. After that I want to attempt to climb Denali.
We'll see how that goes.
