Quite a lot actually. I was in a pretty dark place, I won't lie to you. Pretty much shut down emotionally, withdrawn and hopeless. I had little if any real hope of going back to work at the time and I even went so far as to make plans to cheat on my wife so she would leave me. I was going to give my parents custody of my daughter and just "go away." I had no idea what that meant at the time I just wanted to run away. No direction, no plans, nothing. My streaming schedule was shot to hell and I wasn't even playing video games all that much. Thankfully, I'm still here.
This amazing woman, the love of my life would not let me give up on me. I kept going to therapy, emotion dumped all over my therapist and eventually I went back to work last June. I developed good coping mechanisms for my PTSD and now I'm not only working full time again but I'm up for a review and even pursuing a promotion! I'm about to start streaming again soon as well. Twitch started an affiliation program that I'm hoping to get signed up for and I'm participating in Extra Life again this year. It's been a crazy year to say the least.
So I'm doing well I'm glad to say. Hope your year has been at least less chaotic than mine has.
