Two people with depression living together makes for some not fun times.
Te long and the short of it is that my wife and I have been burying some feelings because we're too miserable to deal with them and last night every last one of them burst through the surface. Pacific Rim was a bout of Rock Em Sock Em Robots by comparison (no hitting was done but it was just as painful. Its amazing how much damage can be done with words). We talked it over today and I expect we'll be doing a lot more talking over the next several days/weeks/months until we can come to some kind of resolution.
Ugh. I hate hating myself.
