So a lot has happened in the last three days. I'll start with my computer. The other day we could smell smoke coming from somewhere but weren't exactly sure where. My fiancee and daughter told me about it and the first thing I thought of was my computer's power supply which had been making an awful racket for some time. Sure enough it had eaten itself internally and my computer was in danger of turning into a pile of roasted circuits. My friend from work managed to find a gently used one for me for free and I got that in today. He's been helping me out a lot with my computer lately, helped me install a new processor as well. So once again my computer is up and running noise free but it needs a new hard drive which i will have to put in later. We worked out a deal where he gives me an old hard drive he doesn't want anymore and i help him install new struts on his car. Life is good.

Sort of. My fiancee lost her job yesterday and she's pretty upset about it. It wasn't like it was her dream job or anything but the way she got let go kind of sucked. Besides anytime you work at a job you don't like it's a negative blow to the ego when THEY let YOU go instead of the other way around. Today I found out I'll have a job for two or four weeks (tbd later) and then I'll have to find new work as well. Yay unemployment. Again.

My online race went extremly well and yet not so well. It went extremly well because I had an absolute blast! The racing was tight and the other drivers were very competitive so I had a hard time moving up in the field. The not so great part was qualifying 16th and finishing 16th out of 17 cars. But there were 23 people signed up and only 18 actually made it to practice and one of those people left the game before the start so i can say that I actually beat 7 other people just by showing up and racing. I'm looking forward to another race just need to find one on the schedule that I can enter...

Last but not least I'm hungry. I'm going to eat now.
