i recently bought a nikon coolpix as i find myself never taking simple snaps with my SLR as for some strange reason i think snaps are totally beneath the camera anyway... insomnia kicked in and i was bored so i thought i'd give it a road test around my bedroom to see what it could do (not really that impressed to be honest... think i might stick it on ebay and stick to the SLR... i'm such an image snob! sometimes i wish i'd never studied photography )
