The story:
High school sweet hearts 2001 with a break here and there longert for a year 2004-2005ish There ia a family history of being royally screwed. The split wasn't wonderful granted but we both saw other people and I neded up with my totatlly amazing daughter becasue of that split so hey I'm happy about how that worked (now). We got back together before February of 06 and stayed together for a while until he diceded he was bored again and moved in with a friend who was a girl that was more wild and crazy than i ever wanted to be so we split again but kept the physical relationship becasue i was still in love with him and was being stupid (hindsight is 20/20) so all in all we were together for 9 years. Having split in November after his father went to jail for stealing pharmacuticals ( not a suprise considering that he was finanically fucked and highly addicted to oxy's ) I recieved a call the wednesday after we found out that his dad was in jail and hey guess what, The Ex was in jail too! he decided that this guy, who went to school with us -supposedly clean for 17 months (A WHOLE 17 MONTHS!!) (While he was getting clean and couldn't manage to do it in the environment of his home) could spend the night at his house. The Ex's mother is, well now was, in heavy meds. oxymorphone and lots of xanax and other fun things. SOOO dude steals meds from mom. Ex and Dude get into fight over meds. Mom eggs on dude "my son's gonna fuck you up!" (ARG) Okay so fight ends up outside and neighbors call cops: ex ends up in jail
This follows the night of his potassuim (or lack there of) induced black out. While watching my kid. My mom and I were at a Broadway show and had to leave early. I called to tell him we were on our way and at 8 at night he and kylie were walking back from 7-11 since he had gotten her a slurpee. A SLURPEE! she's in school and was supposed to be in bed in a half hour! He didn't give her a shower but he swore up and down that he did however the towels were bone dry.
he had cheated on me as i found out when he went to jail the last time... heh yea I let this crap go on for too long.
So today the ex's mom calls and asks for a number I never got around to deleting from my phone for the ex. She said he went to rehab and found out that he has a warrent out for his arrest becasue when he found out i was dating he slashed his grandfather's tires ... after his grandfather pulled a knife on him ... after he went through his mom's text messages and saw a converstation between she and I.
