The 6.0 earthquake at 3:30am was very close to where I live. I woke up screaming with my son beside me. I was surprised how I reacted, but having a child changes everything. I'm glad we are okay, but my cat is pretty scared. He won't come out from under the couch and his pupils are dilated hugely. This is the biggest one I've felt since the one in 1989. I had a dog then and he acted totally different then my cat did. There are helicopters flying all over which isn't helping with the sleep issue. I just finished cleaning up the majority of the stuff that got knocked down. I hope everyone involved is okay.
