My lease is up in 8 weeks. I'm looking for a new place to live in Seattle.
$800 is my max,
Preferably a one bedroom (I don't want a roommate),
Ballard, Fremont, Wallingford and Phinney are the neighborhoods I like most,
I also like West Seattle-the Alki area close to the water.

Am I asking too much?

Someone please offer suggestions!

$695 on Aurora and 48th. I live close...but it's a decent area with a lot of things in walking distance and bus stops too.

$795 Near heart of Ballard another small studio

not much for less than $800 in decent spots

Overlook apts in Magnolia start at $920/mo but the give you a month free and prorate it. so a 12 mo lease would be about $840...
