I am looking for somewhere to move in the spring once I get my CNA and gain some work experience.

Las Vegas os my number one choice...I think it might be a bit dangerous for a person my age who is not totally established.
Other cities I have been looking at are Phoenix, San Diego and Philadelphia.
My place has to have a cost of living that is reasonable, have a killer music scene and lots of fun shit to do!
Anyone have advice for me? Ive been to Vegas lots of times, but never to the other cities.
