Man I hate leg days. Mostly because I do a bunch of walking around the paper mill at work and it's horrible sometimes. Especially two days after leg day. My department I manage is across four elevations and there is a shit ton of stairs. But looking at my gains I'm not complaining as much. Not bad for a year after being down for herniated disc. #gainztrain #ihatelegday
