Hi star..its about some fbi trained guy who's trained to see through the eyes of a serial killer..so this guy portrayed by actor ben e kingsley see's whats goin on ...draws the image..finds the killer an kills the serial killer himself.
he then becomes obsessed with finding this one killer who kidnaps and murders these kids all over the place and leaves no trace.so it drives him mad trying to figure out who the guys is ....this film was shot alot like the movie seven
