I haven't had caldereta in a long arse time...I'm pretty retarded when it comes to making filipino food, except for adobo... I can do adobo. Weird thing is that I was vegeterian for a long time before I got pregnant (yes I used to made adobo with tofu...I ran soy products into the ground!) and <BOOM> as soon as I got pregnant I'd get all these cravings for fried tilapia, palabok, adobo, tapa, and other non veggie filipino foods I grew up on. One of these days we'll have to have a party in SF catered by Goldilocks!!! mmmm, empanandas!
