I got a chest xray done for my work a few weeks ago.
The clinic called me back in yesterday to pick up a letter to give to my primary physician for further tests...
THIS DOESNT SOUND TOO GOOD.heres what it says:
Exam: Chest
Significant Abnormalities- F/U required
Two single frontal projections demonstrate a 1.2 bilobed nodule at the left mid-lung possible partially calcified. No prior xrays available for comparison. This finding could represent a partialy calcified granuloma, however, the possibility of other entities including a developing
neoplasm ( aka tumor ) is not excluded. If no previous x rays are available, I would recommend a followup chest examination to confirm stability of this process and exclude the possibility of a neoplasm ( aka tumor )
WHAT THE FUCK ??? IS SHE TELLING ME I MIGHT HAVE LUNG CANCER???????????????????????????????????????????????????
