My gf is moving here the beginning of june so ive decided to get rid of a whole bunch of crap in the room to make room for her stuff...
I have way too much old clothes i dont wear any more. old lacoste.. old levis ..old ben sherman.. old kenneth cole ..old von dutch old name brand everything when those things used to make me happy( when now a days im much happier settlling for a t shirt and denims) i know i could make some dineros selling em but would rather give em to charity..plus i dont have the time to bring em to crossroads or buffalo exchange ..throwing a way alot of my old stuff i come across the ultimate porn collection..holy toledo!! i never knew i had soo much of that stuff.. ..into the trash it went....
My realtor and i went to go see a house today before work..
I fell in love with the old as hell fixer upper..soo much work needs to be put into that place id love to call home.the paint on the house looks like theyve hired some broke crack head to do it ....the stairs leading up to the door are ready to collapse because of dry rot ( i really need to check upon the termite report) .the whole downstairs room and bathroom needs work ...the detached 800 square foot studio in the back needs work....
the carpet is crap so i was thinking in laying down some hardwood....the stove and oven wont work.... a old school as hell puke green colored fridge ..and the living room wall has this fake brick wall thing and the other side has this porn esque mirror wall thing that gives the room the illusion of being bigger...all i have to say is ..one crack on that mirror wall and its ovarrrrr....
the back yard is phat... theres a nice shed one the higher level and on the lower level a separate studio apartment...the dirt hasnt been paved or stoned so i plan to plant grass to go with all the fruit trees and flowers goin on ..theres no fence just an opening to the mountainside for climbing so thats another thing to work on...ive looked at the comparables in that neighborhood and the homes built around the same time 1947 are listed at a price of 590,000... im gonna offer the seller's agent a lil over that..no more than 625,000....i really hope this thing goes through ..so to my gf i can be like...baby ....forget about a ring...i bought something better...A HOUSE !!!hahahaha wish me luck
