Good lord..i got to show off some skills at ythe sushi restaurant my homeslice jeff manages..i walked in and he pulls out a live lobster for me to cook for him and my friends ...i cut the tail off for steaming and stuffed the head with crabmeat green onions panko mayonaise and mirin cooked shitake mushrooms.. wrapped the suckka up in foil and baked it .STUFFED LOBSTERHEAD RELLENO ...talk about good times !! free sake awesome sushi and homestyle edo japanese food ..SUSHI BOOM ON GEARY IS THE BEST!!
