all u meat eaters gonna hate me for this one ..
heres what i made for dinner tonight
the ulimate meat sauce for pasta:
red bell peppers
chunks of ribeye steak
ground beef'
andouille sausage i brought back from louisianna
chicken and garlic sausage
home-made meat balls
all simmered nice and slow in my very special mushroom marinara sauce...
spent a chunk of the day working on this sauce and other stuff for dinner...
i tend to cook more at home to get my mind off stuff
( im home due to an injury from work, and saddened by an outbid on a home i was looking to buy)
all in all ..the sauce came out really nice ..the pasta was seasoned well anc cooked al dente drizzled with extra virgin unfiltered olive oil...( really fragrant stuff) ..
just wish i had someone here to eat with me .

Hey. I just happened to stumble across your journal entry. You have literally made my mouth water. I will never give up meat and carbs. That is a dinner that my southern Italian grandma would give nod to.
