HAVING NO HEALTH INSURANCE SUCKS ASS
MY broken molar was killin me so i went to go see the dentist last wednesday and she was like ..your options are extraction then get an implant or a root canal..then she gave me the break down to how much everything would cost...HOLY SHIT why the fuck would it cost like a CAR to get this shit done?? then like every god damned dentist..she gives me a "REFERRAL to a specialist" at this point im thinking ..DAMN..where the fuck in ur school of dentistry did they skip out on teaching u dentists on how to take a tooth out..fuck the referrals cant u just take the thing out ???

I couldnt afford a root canal which wouldve cost me like 3 grand and to have it extracted cost like 400 bucks from a regular dentist my molar was wierd having a double root on one of the roots so instead of four roots to a molar i ended up having 3 normal roots and one with two on em ..the pain was fuckin crazy man..i couldnt eat or talk properly let alone function right.
ive been living off rice porridge for the past week,tylenol didnt help and i didnt want to fuck up my liver by overdosing just to numb pain that will still be there..( do u know what happens when u eat nothing but rice porridge?? u get the runs and lose nutrients and feel weak..to remedy this id toss in an egg into the rice porridge and drink my trader joes multivitamin boost powder.)
Monday
i said fuck it...went to the clinic..waited for hours to be seen and finally got it taken out...I walked out numb for 20 minutes just long enough for me to get to anchor drugs in south city to pick up my vicodin before a whole new world of pain hit...luckily my boss at the senior center understood what was goin on and told me to take a few days off. i go back into work wednesday.
Having no insurance yet sucks ass..at least im on this well program of san mateo county where i dont have to pay for my meds and doctors visit..the ghetto part is..i dont get to pick my docs and sometimes the wait can be forever..MAN I CANT WAIT for my health benefits to kick in
