The mutha fuckin UFC and my homeboy Jimmy a professional Mixed martial arts Fighter are encouraging me to start training and start fighting again.
I did it back in the day when i was in college when MMA was at its infancy..i was in the best shape of my life during that time..
THEN CULINARY SCHOOL started and put an end to it..like a fighter tapping out from a guillotine submission choke hold. lol

i dont need to get super ripped or looked uber buff..i just want to be able to get in a ring again and be able to throw down like i used to ...
i sparred my friend the other day and he was like..damn jerome u used to be a beast back in the day fighting guys 6 foot and taller cause u fell in the heavy weight division.

i know im not 20 anymore so maybe i should take it slow.

shit im goin through some pre mid life crisis...
maybe i should just buy a frikkin harley already....yeah....a harley with phat apes..springer front ..outfitted bobber style.

oh well ..one day at a time.
