SO pissed!!..
so were having a lil family and close friends come by to the restaurant tomorrow for a lil restaurant warming.
my dad has his friend come over to cook a lamb they had freshly slaughtered at a farm in half moon bay this morning.
he wanted me to meet him becuase the guy wanted to work for me . the guy's attitude was awesome..easy to get along with and all the filipino food for the party were having tomorrow tasted great.
Heres what pissed me off..
3 pm..he tells me hes finished and that he has to pick up his kids from school and that he was off to work right afterwards..my dad and i thank him and hes out the door.
i walk straight into my kitchen and the dumb fuck didnt clean after himself leaving the prep area a mess .the sink full of dirty pots and utensils, the stove top dirty and bits of food rubbish unswept on the floor..SO GUESS WHO HAS TO CLEAN UP AFTER THIS GUY.....
and guess whos not getting hired...
