Friday: I Got Some Dirt on My Shoulder, Could You Brush It Off For Me?

1. My husband (teehee!) and I got blazed and watched Fade to Black last night. It was fucking unbelievably good. I mean, I was a huge fan of Jay's to begin with, and so was Dan, but holy FUCK - this movie made me respect him on another level entirely. Say what you will about hip hop, about Jay, about commercialism and music in general... Jay Z is a genius. No doubt about it.



I gotta say, though - I don't understand how anyone can take R. Kelly seriously as an entertainer.

2. I'm really, REALLY sick and tired of the bullshit with which I have to put up at this job. Like, REALLY FUCKING SICK of it.

3. If I was a cat, I'd look like this today:



5. Within the next 72 hours, I'll be tackling the following:

- boxing tonight, then circut training on Sunday
- accept and put away the groceries
- organize my finance folder
- try to avoid going to M.A.C. to buy that limited edition palette I want REALLY BAD
- possibly hit Macy's to exchange some awful clothes from my mother in law
- possibly a pedicure?
- send out a bunch of thank-you cards
- buy lube
- travel to Jersey in my Saturday best to watchDan's friend marry a battle axe
- sleep for as long as possible on Sunday
- a quick load of laundry
- make lasagna, perhaps
