Another reason to hate Tuesdays. 
Dan and I had our court date this morning for the whole you-owe-us-rent-even-though-you-don't-live-here fiasco. Evidently the apartment is still legally in our name and blah blah blah. It's such bullshit and I'm so sick of it. Point is, the case is going to trial on 01.11.05. And after that, I never want to deal with 4220 Broadway L.L.C. ever again. Nor should you.
MOVING ON.
A huge note of thanks to my counsel. He's under enough stress as it is with law school finals, and he still was gracious enough to lend more than a hand. Everyone go give him mad props. GO!
