What the hell is a Tuesday, anyway?

I skipped my lame-ass psych class last night and Dan and I went to view an apartment. It was GORGEOUS. Bigger than our current place, brand new gut renovated building, two huge bedrooms with big windows and fantastic views, all new appliances including a DISHWASHER and HUGE MICROWAVE, enormous cabinet space, closets everywhere, INCREDIBLE marble bathroom...we were giddy. But of course there was a catch. We walked out of the place and it was like Compton or something. Everything was closed (at 7pm), it was dark and scary and deserted, and people were giving us cut-eye. I think because we're white. Plus my gym was entirely too far away. Needless to say, we're going to have to turn the place down for now. If shit comes down to the wire later on and it's still available, then we'll make a move. But we're gonna explore our other options until then.

We have a few more potentials to look at this week. Plus Dan's friend still has a wicked sweet hook up that we hope to be abusing. Everyone think good thoughts.

In other news, my birthday is in 19 days.
