Spinning class last night, as per every Wednesday. 'Twas fun, as usual. I sweat more last night than I normally do, but hot damn it felt good. I'm starting to feel my cardiovascular health return, however slowly. Now I just have to kick this pot habit and I'll be the picture of health.

So contrary to the usual happenings, Dan and I are doing absolutely nothing for Halloween this year. A couple of weeks ago we decided against scrambling like maniacs to come up with a creative costume idea and spending money we don't have....this year it's just going to be a 'sketti dinner, lots of green and Van Helsing on DVD. I'm kinda relieved about that, actually. No primping, no hangovers, no nothing. Besides, I think it's fair to say that we did such a kickass job last year that we deserve a year off.
