Yes, folks. I know you're waiting on the edge of your seat to find out if I went to my spinning class last night...and yes. I did. It was rough - I did a lot of sprinting and hill work...but I got through it. NOT ONLY THAT, but I did abdominals afterwards. Please....hold your applause.

Big thanks to mydogfarted and crazyanimallady for their help and support with my lil' foster buddy, Banapple Gas. I'm glad to see that there are still big hearted generous people out there. Ear Mites BEGONE!

In other news, Dan and I are nixing all plans for the weekend (sorry Skryche) in order to completely organize, scrub, polish and gut the apartment. We're gonna go room by room, gettin' each nook and cranny with a toothbrush if we have to. I'm also going to do my best to overcome my pack-rat issues. Big black garbage bags, Clorox, Windex, Fantastik, Mr. Clean Magic Erasers, Pine Sol, a few trips to The Salvation Army...and a little elbow grease. Throw some pot and a few bad DVD's, and we're looking at one hell of a weekend.
