I've finally gotten back on track with the damn gym schedule, and I went running yesterday morning at 6am. Everything was great, btu then about 2.5 miles in, something went wonky with the left side of my lower back. I finished my workout just fine, stretched it out, and was on my way. But over the past 24 hours, it's just getting worse, and I can't go the gym now! ARGH!
Maybe I'm just doomed to be Reubenesque.
Whatever - these things happen. I'll just stick to the bike for now.
