I'm 26 and in only a couple more weeks I'll have finally gotten my B.S. degree. After enjoying working, going through numerous rounds of community college, and finally transferring, in only a couple of weeks I'll be a bona fide credentialed scientist. Part of me wishes I hadn't found my dream job for this point in my life during the last break, and that in order to keep it I'm working 35+ hours a week AND going to school full time...
But really, I couldn't ask for a better job even if the schedule is wearing me thin, and the point that I actually have a job to slip right into when I am free to is soooo nice. Going out to dinner without having to think of skipping the next meal at home, paying off my credit cards, and saving money for Peru are all great to. I think I'm gonna stay in my little closet of a room and keep doing that stuff for a while.
Next time I start getting down on random shit, I need to just slap myself.
