So, here I am laying on my bed with ice on my shin.
Let me just start off by saying that I feel like the worst mom in the world over what happened to me a few days ago.
So for those that don't know, I was in 2 automobile accidents last year that took place 3 weeks apart. Those 2 accidents caused injuries in my back that are permanent. So I was taking my son to my mother in laws because I had a shoot, it was kind of early and he was so sleepy so I carried him even though I knew it hurt my back. I got to the stairs to go walk up them and something pinched in my back and I fell down the stairs. My son's head head the brick step right on his ear and I damaged my right shin. I felt terrible and I still do!
I went to the Dr today because the muscle to the side of my shin just felt like it was ripping with every step, it bloody hurts! With standing from 3 hours for the burlesque show and all the walking I did, I now have to rest up.
I'm so bloody miserable! My back is killing me and I just want to roll over and cry and now my back injury is causing me to damage other parts of my body.
I swear this will never end. I'm trying to be strong but I'm breaking down.
