1) A little boy I auditioned with came running up from behind me today "Hey! Hey! Did you make it? Are you in "Sweeney Todd?" he said with a HUGE smile.
"No sweetie - did you?"
"No, but it's really hard for little kids sometimes."
"That's very true, but you did a great job."

I'm in charge or finding dancers, burlesque queens, trapeze artists, exhibitionists - etc. For my local theatre's annual gala.
And suggestions?
Plus I have to make a flyer for these auditions - again, any suggestions/donations/sell me a pic of you for cheap? I'll give you credit, give you anonymity if desired and $5... okay price negotiable.

I just got assigned this job - but I hopefully will have more info asap, all I can say is that the event will be in C'ville in early November and I'm not sure about compensation yet - but be it that we're a community theatre it may just be free booze and food.... It'll still be a fun time though!
I hear you about money I'm living off credit cards and waiting to start my new job in a couple days once I find a new place to live.
