I want to create it to help people through anecdotal stories of buying, selling, renting, and maybe even losing your homes. What to do, what not to do... basically informal advice of things to ask your bank/realtor/renters. What do you think? Too grown up and serious for a porn site?

Ya know, the selling of a screenplay may just possibly fix your occupancy woes. And not that yours would be bad, but with some of the pieces of shit making it onto film these days, it seems the only thing you really need to include in stories these days is a pair of nice bewbs, an exploding head and some mondo CGI.
