I hyper-extended my knee last night and twisted my ankle because I am dumb.
Some good tips for all of your kiddies out there:
1) Eat before dance rehearsal so you have energy to dance and not feel sick.
2) Don't lock your knees when you high kick to hit a vasovagal nerve to make you pass out.
3) Oh and don't be fat so when you faint on your own leg, you won't bust your knee and ankle.
All of those are good tips... I'll wait while you write them down in your lil pads.

Ouch! The obvious joke here would be about "when I said 'break a leg...'" but that's just wrong. Take care of that knee and get well soon!
